« This hotel was so nasty. The first room we had there was blood or some type of red substance on the shower curtin and it was dirty. There were dirty clothes under the bed left by another guest. They did change our room, but it was still nasty. The staff was helpful, but overall, the property is dirty and needs an upgrade. »

« Room didn’t have hot water, it never got better than lukewarm. Called reception, had to change room from king to double. Water was warm but refrigerator didn’t work. Kept the room because I was too tired to change again but definitely not worth the 7 rating Expedia rates this place »

« The room was nice but the main issue was the shower. At first I didn’t have much pressure to shower but I was happy when they did fix that issue. The. Unfortunately the hotter I put the shower the less pressure I had. So a decently hot show had very very little pressure. Also I had to literally reactivate my room key every time I came back from work cause it would never work. It got to the point where it was the first thing I did when I walked through the lobby. « It smelled so bag (sour milk) and the room was filthy. When we pulled back the sheets- the bed was covered in stains. The furniture was all old, cracked and falling apart. And we were told no breakfast in the am. It was so bad we left and went to the Comfort Inn next door. Still trying to get our money back from Red Roof. »

« The building has received recent upgrades. The staff was friendly and amenities were nice. My only complaint was you can hear everything. We were on the first floor and could hear other above us, beside us and in the hallway, which made it hard to rest. »
