« Upon arrival the property looked very well maintained. Entering the building everything was clean and looked very new. Professionally checked in, and asked if we needed anything. Room was surprisingly large, and bed was better than we expected. Bathroom was well stocked, and loved the way the shower curtain was artfully placed. Rooms were very quiet overnight, Breakfast in the morning was very nice with Chocolate Waffles along with about everything else one would want for breakfast. We will...

« Restaurant, casino and pool area were clean and well maintained, very nice. The hotel room not so much: dirty ratty carpet, duct taped bedframe and overall not very clean. »

« Person checking us in was difficult to understand. Difficult to get the card to open door. Carpet in room badly needed cleaning, many stains. Bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper empty, with the cardboard still on the dispenser, no roll to replace it, and second roll nearly gone. »

« We’ve stayed at this property about once a year since it opened, initially so thrilled for a hotel here. Unfortunately, the property has gone downhill. Holes in the sheets, loose tiles in bathroom, sticky, dusty furnishings and the AC unit rattled and moaned so loudly we turned it off. Breakfast offerings were good. Sadly we have to cross this off our shortlist. »

« We stay here every time we are in the area. The hotel is well taken care of and the staff are incredible. We always have a nice clean room and the pool / hot tub area is very nice. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs an awesome hotel to rest, relax and unwind. »
