« Nice place on the lake with a private park / clubhouse across the road on the lakeside. Nice rooms and comfortable beds, breakfast was good and the staff are great! »

« Basically this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and this is our second time staying there. The rooms are immaculate everything's immaculate which is kind of one of the reasons. Why is because the place is brand spanking new.Chris Viude has some of the best food in the area hands down?. He changed his menu seasonally so now we're getting close to spring so the menu will be changing quite a bit for the spring so we look forward to coming up for that as well too. The prices right now...

« The front desk worker was very warm and friendly gave us a quick run down of the inn. The room was very clean and cute. The bar was full with cookies, drinks, fruits, and pastry’s. Overall great experience! »

« Great continental breakfast and Green Mtn. Coffee. Hot tub was clean and to temp. The building is gorgeous and clean. Only thing that could have been improved was the mattress. »

« Nous avons passé une nuit à la Ballard House à Mérédith, lors d'un trip Montréal-Boston, et ce fût une expérience trés agréable! Les propriétaires Bryan et sa femme sont extrèmement accueillants, chaleureux et serviables, les petits déjeunés trés bon et conviviaux! La maison est trés jolie, "dans son style" (traditionnel), la vue et le jardin sont magnifiques, et la chambre impeccable »

« The rooms were clean but were starting to show signs of age. The bed would squeak and the mattress would sink in the middle. There was a fly in the room, which took forever to get it out. I thought the decor was nice. The concept is of Airbnb rooms but within a hotel. There’s no onsite front desk but there’s daily maintenance it seems. The living room lodge is cozy, the free cocoa/coffee was great, and the game room/pool was nice. Overall, it was a great value and would gladly return. »
