« It was so lovely to wake up to the harbour view everyday. Cafes, restaurants and convenience store within easy walking distance. An excellent playground nearby that was a hit with our kids every day. »

He generously spent some time getting us acquainted with the boat and pointing us in the direction of the best restaurants within walking distance as well as the free shuttles to get to and from the downtown attractions. We had a great time and if we get back to Boston in the future we will definitely choose this spot! »

« We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy. « This houseboat has it all!! Great interior setup. Lots of huge windows. Location to die for. Fully stocked kitchen. Awesome upper deck sitting area to watch the sunrise with coffee or sunset before heading to dinner. A bed that i could actually sleep well in... might have been the gentle rocking. Did i mention the incredible location!! Easy walking distance, minutes, to everything from great restuarants, attractions, parks, everything!! And you have to try the breakfast sandwiches at Sunny Girl...

« My husband and I booked this yacht as a fun change from a hotel on our last night in Boston. Jon is a wonderful host and took the time to share tips around the area and his wife had made us delicious muffins on top of several other nice touches. Our boys (ages 9 and 11) thought it was the coolest experience ever. The only bummer is we wish we had more time 😊. We hope to be back and highly recommend! »

« Me and a friend so enjoyed our stay. Rocked to sleep in comfy bed and pull out sofa. Only hiccup is that there are no late check ins. That is stated in other rules. »

« I rented the boat for the weekend. I showed up at the destination to find no boat. I contacted the owner throug messaging with no response. After being on hold with expedia for over an hour the owner contacted me. He stated he did not even get my reservation. I was sent to another location to where the boat was. It was dirty. Literally garbage and cups and a used huka left behind from previous guests. I was told i would receive a refund which i did not. I highly recommend to not rent this place...

« La maison flottante est très bien équipée, charmante, très propre, et lumineuse. Deb fait en sorte que l'on se sente bien accueilli. Mais la localisation est éloignée du centre, proche d'un pont en métal très bruyant, et suivant le sens du vent, on entend énormément les avions. »

« Our stay on the Little Pearl was wonderful. It was a very quick walk to the USS Constitution and Bunker Hill, which put us right on the Freedom Trail. We chose not to rent a car and we were able to get around just fine using public transit and LYFT. There's a Dunkin' and a 7-Eleven a short walk away to grab quick and easy breakfasts to take back to the boat and enjoy on the deck. We did not use the kitchen area at all, so I cannot speak to that.
