« We were very happy with the listing. Exactly as it shows and easy to find. A great spot for us as we attended graduation at the Naval Academy. Plenty of places to eat close by. We had the best crab cakes at Pappas! Parking was right outside the house and it was so quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent. Absolutely recommend this little gem. »

« I was happy with my stay. It was as advertised and the location was great. My only tiny complaint is that the dishwasher didn’t work so I had to hand wash everything and leave it in there to dry because I had intended on just running it the night before I left but other than that there were no issues. I would stay again. »

« My husband and I had a very nice stay at the cottage. The bed was very comfortable, the house was located in a beautiful park-like setting, the home was clean and we enjoyed our time there. We had our small dog with us and it would have been nice to let him run out back in the fenced-in yard but the grass had not been cut and was a little tall so we walked him out front when needed. »

« It’s a small property with everything one or two people need. Made a great base of operations for my visit to DC, with easy access to restaurants, the metro, and GWU. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the checkin instructions were easy to follow. »

« We stay in Arlington a few weekends a year with our pup. This property was perfect. Owner was super responsive in answering any questions. We had a small issue with not knowing which unit it was because it's not clearly stated on the property address in the listing, but owner got back quickly with the info when we reached out.Quite possibly the cleanest rental home I've ever stayed in! Tastefully decorated, very nice touch of a selection of drinks in the fridge, some snacks and Nespresso pods....

« The house was very homey and welcoming. We were traveling with the small group of students and the place was perfect. The biggest issue was parking. To back alley is very narrow for a vehicle big enough to transport a sizable group of people. »

« House is in a good location. Wasn’t clean on arrival but was done shortly afterwards. Kitchen was good. Bathroom needs some fixing. Toilet needs some repair. Good overall. »
