« Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help. Room: mediocre for something described as a resort property. Bathtub had to be re-cleaned to shower in. Odd they even had a bathroom shower. Pool: DOES NOT look like online photos. We thought it...

« We spent the night to visit Pikes Peak Mountain. The owner at the reception is very smart and helpful. The room is very old-style but clean and the king size bed is very comfortable. The motel is very well situated, a few meters for the city center where you can go out for dinner. And the night is very quiet as there is no real activity around at night. The breakfast is a bit short. Coffee, industrial muffins and corn flakes. All in all, the price should be be cheaper for the room old-fashioned...

« The room was clean. The beds were hard which some people like we are more of a soft bed kind of people. The pillows on the bed were very lacking very small and there was only two pillows on each bed. The pool was not open at all. And the continental breakfast was very lacking. We actually ended up leaving and having breakfast at restaurants for our entire stay. The parking lot is very small and tight, but overall our stay, there was good. »
