« Clean room. Comfy bed and layout in the deluxe area. So convenient at the end of the main road to all the shops and avoiding having to drive to most things in Estes. Peaceful having the room on the water and opening our patio door to hear the creek/river. Staff was great and accommodating. Loved the evening smores snd snacks that were available throughout the trip. »

« Our room was great upon check in, we rushed to get to our dinner reservation and didn’t realize the state of our room until our return. The bathroom shower had someone else’s bathroom products still in there; along with hair. There was a constant knocking in the walls in the bathroom. The bed was large but seems broken, you sunk into the middle of the mattress. »
