« We visited Denver for a volleyball tournament taking place at the convention center. Perfect location! We went to Evergreen Mountains (40 minutes away. I took my son to Meow Wolf, I think I enjoyed it more than he did. James was a great host, very responsive. The place was amazing! Amazing views! Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. We really enjoyed 16th street Mall! 5 stars! »

« Loved our stay here in CO Springs- the location is unbeatable, the VRBO is the perfect size for a few days with a friend/partner. Note the cooling is a window AC unit, but we had no problems at all during May, when the days and nights are cooler anyways. We’d definitely come back and stay with Victoria again the next time we’re in CO Springs! Thanks for having us! »

« Great property. Close to downtown and Cherry Creek shopping. One block walk to a the Cheesman Park and the Botanical Gardens. Lots of room in a very nice and modern basement apartment. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Denver. »

« After a bit of a hiccup during the check in process, everything went smooth. Lee was patient and kind; walked us through everything we might have missed. Close to good eats and easy access to the park. »

« Nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable (except for loose tile grout pieces that kept coming loose on bathroom floor)! Easy access to downtown area. »

« My overall impression is that this place could be phenomenal if it were given more care. The property is in a great location. Simple things like providing wash cloths and hand towels, making sure all electrical outlets in the bedrooms work, a folder with check out information and local attractions, safety egress from the bedrooms aren’t blocked, basic landscaping so thorny rose vines don’t block the path, making sure the living room carpet corner is not rolled up such that there is a...
