« A unique place to stay : the hotel and restaurant have been decorated with a lot of wooden things and is dedicated to aviation - there's a small "Top Gun" exhibit inside and a plane in front of the hotel - and to a famous soda ... Everything has been done with dedication and taste. The personal is kind and you get all the comfort you need. But the floor was really sticky in my room which also had a cooking smell, and it seems like there's nothing to do in this area. »

« The inn is close to town, walking distance. They have a restaurant behind the inn that offers burgers, sandwiches and some dinner selections. Service was nominal at the restaurant, not overly friendly. I actually felt like they'd rather be somewhere else. Rooms were clean, but pretty simple. No TV, which I dont watch anyways. No coffee bars except for at breakfast. Maybe they were short staffed, but it seemed that there was never anyone around the front desk to help with anything. It actually...

« Very beautiful historic tavern. The rooms are on the second and third floor so after you check in the staff will shoe you to the room. It can be a bit confusing navigating the building but it is full of historic architecture and portraits of presidents that had visited before. We booked the smallest room which was very cozy and had a gorgeous view of the courtyard. The staff had laid out on a table some water bottles, coffee pods, and two cookies. There was no fridge or microwave in the smallest...

« Check in was easy except when we got to our room, the keys didn’t work. Husband went to get different keys and as he was getting ready to go back down a second time for more keys, the front desk guy came up with a screw driver and changed out the battery so it would work. Essentially he obviously knew the battery was bad. Room was very small. Then we left and when we arrive back the door was open which it appeared like even though I pulled it shut but it never really shut. Thankfully we didn’t...

Hyatt House Nashville Downtown/Convention Center

8/10 Bien

Magnolia Hotel Dallas Downtown

10/10 Excellent
