« I got to the hotel front door and it had been closed for 3 months as they were refurbishing the whole building. Nobody had told me about this during the reservation, which was prepaid by the way. It took me one hour and a half on the phone in 3 different languages to find out I needed to go to a hotel next door where my room was waiting. Nobody (Hotels.com nor the 2 hotels) had sent me a message to let me know the change. I was very tired when I got there and this precious lost time made me miss...

« I had a comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa. It was quiet, very clean, with a great breakfast and lovely spacious lobby. Overall a great stay. The only negative feedback I have is the hotel receptionist was on the phone when I was trying to check out and she never once acknowledged my presence. I stood there for a few minutes and finally, decided to put my luggage in my truck and come back. She was still on the phone when I came back, but managed to let me know that she would send...
