« It started bad, there was wrong information on their website stating check-in ended at midnight, and my flight was delayed with me not arriving until after. Even with me calling multiple times, no one would answer the phone. I eventually just showed up and they allowed me to check in. Parking is $44 a day, and you have to verbally tell them that you're not having a car or they will charge you daily. Which doesn't make sense, because when my girlfriend showed up and parked, she pulled the slip...

« The check in process was very odd. A link was sent prior for pre-registration but it didn’t work. I had to go to the 3rd floor to check in. Once there the person asked if I completed registration and I shared the issue I had with the link and he proceeded to tell me it works so I showed him on my phone. He sent another link and I had to sit there and complete it instead of them checking me in like other hotels (not very welcoming). They never explained how the key fob worked so when I tried to...
