« We loved our stay at the modern urban downtown apartment! Owen was easy to communicate with, friendly and available to chat with anytime. The location offered the convenience of easily walking around downtown to coffee, shops, diners, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed stopping in at Garage Taco Bar! « My family had the pleasure of staying in this spacious one-bedroom rental that exceeded expectations. We felt welcomed into this cozy, comfortable space. The rental was very clean and had a great downstairs living space. We had everything we needed…and the cute coffee station was a nice added bonus! We would highly recommend this rental! »

« Very clean, perfectly adequate for our needs while attending a workshop. Well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. I especially appreciate that this rental was dog friendly. Got our check in info a touch late (after we arrived) but that was easily remedied once I messaged the host in the app. I would absolutely stay here again. »

« Says it right in the property name: good vibes! Beautiful studio with plentiful amenities, within a good distance from Bethel Woods. If i'm ever going back to Bethel in the future, this would be the place I'd go back to! »

« The apartment was comfy and perfectly described. The neighbors were kind and offered suggestions around the city. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! »

« It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again. »
