« Good quality hotel. Helpful staff, though before arriving I've sent several emails and none were replied. So, the transfer was not arranged. They tried to make it up for ir with un upgrade and a fruit basket, but we were already settled in a nice Merapi view room and the harm was done. However, they offer to take us to the city centre with their car. Other that incident, the stay was really good. The restaurant staff was great. The breakfast impressive (a lot of variety and impecable service)....

« TV did not work, none of the channels can be watched. Practically just an empty black box taking space in the bedroom. Internet was super lousy. The refrigerator in the room also did not work, just functioning like an empty cabinet seeing that not much space to keep your belongings in the room. The hotel looks good on the outside, and maybe for travellers who do not need internet access in the room, nor killing time by watching TV, this hotel can be considered. However I will not stay in this...

« After an easy check in we got to our spacious room. The beds are quite firm and not so comfortable but it was nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options- cereal, bread, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, rice, noodles, chicken…
The pool was also really nice (and huge!) and on weekends they have kid activities. My daughter loved the activities and the staff made them very fun. »
