« Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride. »

« The front desk staff were unfortunately not very friendly or approachable. Most of the time, they just stood there, and it was unclear whether they really wanted to be there to help guests. The floor in my room was very dirty. I had to ask the front desk if they could send the cleaner back to clean it again and bring extra towels. However, it didn’t happen the first time, so I had to ask again. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is good though. »
