« The check in is really fast and efficient. Well the reception staffs are courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is great. It will nice if there is a pool at the rooftop ha.. Overall I love this hotel. »

« We had a short overnight transit stay here. The team were awesome and super helpful with our late check in and then allowing for us to arrange a late check out. Would stay again. Complex is super convenient and in a good part of town. »

« Well I was quite surprise with the room rate as it was cheaper than any other hotel or accomodation.
But what I'm abit dissapointed was the clealiness of the room. First thing I saw when I switched on the light are the cockroaches on the bed..Eeww... gross and disguisting!!!
Other than that, the washing basin also not in good condition. It was clogged and caused the water can't drain out.
As for entertainment.. there are just few tv channels for selection. And it was bored. I rather...

« A good hotel for backpackers and travellers. Really near to the town and next to the taxi service. Many halal and non halal restaurants nearby and 24 hours convenient store. Whi want to go for laundry there are self service laundry nearby too. »

« Beware Foreigners!! The staff here will try to ask you for extra fees and taxes that I had already paid in full with Expedia. I didn’t pay them and once they realized I wasn’t playing their game they left it alone. However I wouldn’t trust them. I showed them that I had paid in full with Expedia and they told me it wasn’t paid and I had to pay in cash. This is a scam. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. »

« Did a late booking since hotels.com said it was aviable rooms. Upon arrival the hotel didn't have rooms though hotel room was booked and paid. The owner did not seem to care or be helpful at all when we arrived and there were no rooms available. It's understandable that there is misunderstandings, but the owner didn't seem to be bothered. »
