« The location was good. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. We only had a slight problem with the air conditioner being a little too loud other than that the people were friendly and the place was clean. We liked it. »

« We got a suite and it felt incredibly dingy and worn out. There were marks on the walls and parts of the carpet had snagged and ripped. The layout was very weird and it looked as if it was missing furniture and there were some dents in the walls. I mentioned it to staff and the girl I spoke to indicated that it was just an old room that needed the furniture to be replaced (apparently happening this fall). There was no offer of going to a different room or having housekeeping visit. The...
