« La piscine et le bain a remous sont trop chlorés, cela nous a donné mal à la tête.. L'hôtel est sale. Le premier matin quelqu'un a renversé du café dans l'ascenseur. Personne n'a nettoyé et le sol est resté sale et collant pendant 2 jours. Le canapé de la chambre était tout tâché. »

« When we arrived, the front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled due to "over booking". I made the reservation 2 months in advance. Never received notice that it had been cancelled. The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all and didn't offer any help or compassion about our reservation being cancelled.
