« Super nice place to stay for a event. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. The room was so nice and remodeled and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed for a week and had no issues at all. I loved the wood floors and new remodel. Everything was clean and the staff was so nice and very helpful. « Accueil assez froid. Hôtel sympa d'aspect extérieur mais avec pas mal de défauts. Notre chambre était située juste au niveau du freeway avec un fenêtre qui fermait mal donc beaucoup de bruit. Piscine hors d'usage alors qu'on l'avait réservé ne grande partie pour ça. Il n'est pas normal que Hotel.com n'avertisse pas les clients car cela est arrivé plusieurs fois lors de notre road trip aux Etats-Unis. Enfin climatisation assez bruyante. « Enjoyed my stay here. I failed to read the description of the property fully and realized when I got there that I had no A/C. I talked to the front desk and they immediately took care of me and got me into a room with A/C. I would stay here again when in the area. »

« Booked the cottage for my 50th High School Reunion. The size was perfect for me and would be a great couples getaway location. Furnishings were wonderful and I slept like a baby. The Host kept a great line of communication before, during and after my stay. I would highly recommend this cottage to friends and family. »

« Staff (Sandy) when I arrived was excellent. The first room (no smoking room) smelled so bad like cigarettes it was nauseating. She got us a new room immediately. The TV didn't work, she brought a new TV right away. Went to office in the evening and the manager ignored me and left the room. I checked out same night. Night staff was not good either. « I only stayed one night and overall it was OK, but wow a little TLC in the room would make a HUGE difference. As an avid home-maintenance person, I was shocked at the lack of basic care in the room I had. Sorry but I notice these things. You get what you pay for, and although the room served the purpose, I have a hard time recommending to others. »
