Arrived last weekend hoping for an early check in after a long drive in. Walked in to an extremely rude lady at the front desk that I was greeted with âwhat do you wantâ I asked if early check in was an option and was laughed in my face and told ânot going to happenâ a simple Iâm sorry not at this time we are busy and donât have rooms ready would have sufficed. I have never been greeted at a hotel so rudely. If my payment would have been refundable I would have cancelled right then and there. I then returned later in the evening to the same lady smoking right at the front doors where I had to walk through it, I was then greeted with âIâm assuming you need me?â I the place was overall clean and nice but I would not return for the simple fact of the extremely rude staff.
