« Dans l'ensemble séjour (2 nuits) agréable malgré notre déception lors de notre arrivée : avions réservé une vue mer mais celle ci était presque inexistante, il a fallu attendre 1h pour accéder à notre nouvelle chambre . Puis ayant mal dormi la 1ere nuit à cause d'une famille très bruyante sur l'étage ( ils occupaient 3 chambres à coté de la notre !!) , nous avons de nouveau changé de chambre le 2e soir très tard dans la soirée , pas très agréable mais merci à la réceptionniste serviable...

« Thank you to management and all the staff for their friendliness and assistance. The main buildings of the property are well maintained, clean and presentable. We were upgraded, on arrival, from a Superior Ocean View room to a suite. The suite was. a giant sized beach hut on stilts! Although of timber construction it was somewhat ‘tired’ and there was no wardrobe or drawers to hang/store clothes! The shower room was again ‘tired’ but fairly spacious. « A little isolated from the centre of Palu but by the water. I spent one night in the Villa section and two nights in the hotel section. There was a problem with the cooling unit which was mostly fixed in a short time. The staff were friendly and competent. Food was good and it was much as I remembered it from a previous stay. The beds were comfortable. I had stayed before and I would stay there again. »

« nice hotel with nice location. it is located near city center, you can get around easily. the FO staff was very helpful n friendly. keep up with the good greetings guys. on the 3rd day I got problem with hot shower, but they fix it immediately after I tell to FO staff. the bad side is only the carpet, i think it should be replaced with new one. the old one was looked dusty. »

« Breakfast was very local and not up to international standard and hand towels were not provided in the toilet and boring music was repeatedly played at breakfast also water in the shower was not hot enough and the hotel just said too many people could not make it hotter »
