« Très bon séjour reposant.
Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Grande piscine. Chambre vaste. Excellent jus de mangues. Massages très professionnels.
Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
En revanche la plage n'est pas très pratiquable. »
« While the hotel is already little isolated from the city it a place that I come back to. I was given an early check in and a late check out.
The staff were friendly and went out of their way with trying to help solve a problem (not of their making).
My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The pool was clean.
Food and drink was reasonably priced.
There were many smokers in the restaurant areas so I had to Nepal careful where I sat. That was the only...
« The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation.
However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was).
Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp. »
« I had an absolutely wonderful time at Mangga Lodge. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed.
The location is fantastic, quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to everything worth seeing. The whole property has such a great atmosphere and full of character! »
« Just a quick one night stay before flying home. The stay was very accommodating with an early dinner order as we had an early morning flight. They also provided us with a breakfast to go and transport to Manado airport. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely one night stay. »
