« What a nice place. Easy drive to the balloon festival park and ride at Hoffmantown Church, while giving us a great mountain setting. Our host, Oscar, and his property managers, John and Dee, were great…very friendly, helpful and responsive. I can see what others are saying about the couch. My 18-year-old slept on the couch and didn't mind it, but I recommend bringing a cot or air mattress if you need a second bed for a picky adult. »

Back yard nice and had grill and seating with a fire box, and basketball hoop set up-Played horse Cornhole set ups ready. high Bar w/4 person seating. Nice size yard for my pets.
