Beautiful Brand New Home!

Welcome to Festival City, USA! Come and relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cedar City is the home of the Utah Shakespeare Festival & Utah Summer Games AND known as the Gateway to Southern Utah's gorgeous National Parks! Our home is a brand new build & everything in our home is modern and perfectly clean and comfortable for your family stay.
The space
We lovingly built and decorated this home for my parents to come and stay. However, as they are not yet ready to move to Utah, we are renting it out to guests. It is a spacious home that sleeps 7 in beds, and 3 more on a comfortable sofa-sleeper and sectional sofa. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, large screen TV and an en-suite large bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-bed & large screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has a triple bunk bed with a twin sleeper-sofa. A pack-n-play bed is available for babies. The full bathroom in the hall is for guests and is also shared with the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. A large leather sectional makes watching the big screen in the living room comfy & cozy. A full-sized washer and dryer is available for guests to use in the laundry room. The full kitchen is supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats 6--with an additional 4 seats available at the bar.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire main floor of the house. The basement is unfinished, so no one lives below. There are no shared spaces.
