No thanks.
There were a lot of insects, small cockcroaches invading my food and walking around the walls. Untiled CR and not draining well,no water heater, dirty footrug. A lodge may be a lot better.

Cheap and dirty, stay at your own risk
Well you get what you pay for. It’s very cheap accommodation so I wasn’t that surprised to find a pretty dirty room. Stains on the sheets, bugs scurrying about, no warm water, and weak WiFi. If you’re looking for cleanliness and comfort, this is NOT your place. If you want a really cheap pit stop, go for it!

It’s hard to check-in. 30 mins prior 2 pm which is the original time for check-in. I asked a favour if possible that I can check I-in bec I need to attend the meeting and they don’t let me check-in. They take into consideration.. They ask me to pay the 30mins if I want to check-in 30mins earlier. I understand your SOP, I booked for 4 days. And 30 mins is not a big losses for them. I don’t know. Thanks anyways. The room that Rose gave me have lots of cockroaches crawling on the table and bed.

Clean place, poor service
Stay was over-all good except for the service. The shower gel dispenser was broken and requested for assistance. Until the following morning no one came.

Tarakanov runs a lot and also the TV works poorly; it is connected to the radio and constantly when the radio turns on the TV does not show I am dissatisfied with 25 days it was very bad

Ac was okay but just disappointed with the WiFi not working. The doorknob of our room was broken and I reported it to the one of the staff I was a bit surprised when he just said it's normal.

Imagine a hotel that advertises wifi but has no wifi! And they admit to it! Not even cellular service!

When i open the room i saw small cockroache in bed, then at the table next on bathroom, and on my first time that receptionist doesn't allow me to have visitor, that can stay 1 to 2 hours at night, since i check in by myself, which i book for 2 adults, i think receptionist staff will needto know about terms and condition, that visitor is not allowed overnight, i been travel for how many times in different hotel but this hotel, will not going back again.

Comfortable, great for budget
The room is good considering the price of stay per night (for only 600 pesos). Amenities are also complete, with bath towel, tooth brush, hair brush, soap and shampoo. My only concern is that the comfort room is not that clean, but it's acceptable. After all, what you pay is what you get. Great for people who need a place to stay overnight.

Well the room is clean and nice. Very tidy. However the only concern for me is the area in front of the lobby its so messy and there are lots of flies. Overall short stay before going to Baguio was great.

Very Nice Hotel and Friendly Staff
I had a wonderful stay overall. The staff are so helpful and friendly like Gilda, Apple, Rosevie, Belle, Darwin and Joed who made me feel comfortable during my stay. Special mention to Daria who made an effort to find me a better room due to Wi-Fi issues. I will be back to stay in this hotel in the near future due to exceptional service and cleanliness. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable.
