For the airconditioning leaking we have called the attention of Maintenance department regarding this issue and rest assured that the ac had gone through maintenance and cleaning. As for the coackroach, our pest control team went to the room and treat it, we schedule every week of misting treating the floors and the room, and we hope to give you and other guests a better experience going forward.Best regards,
