A decent property reasonably well appointed. I think we were the only people staying in the place at the time. That's our only issue. We apparently got lucky enough to rent the only room next to the dining room and the highway. Since the place was empty, they really should have moved our room since of course they know we're quiet is and we do not. Would probably stay there again, most of the places in cayucos are not very well appointed. We have family in town, and so are quite familiar with the area.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. You get to choose a few different options for breakfast in the morning and in was excellent! We’ve stayed several different places in Cayucos over the years and this is our favorite.

This place is cute and unique! Food is yummy and service is great.The jetted tub is squeaky clean and feels amazing! Bed and robe is comfy. Small fridge in room. Reverse osmosis water is provided.

This is our second time staying at Cayucos Sunset Inn. It is a charming, relaxing and welcoming place. The breakfast is delicious and the warm cookies in the evening are a perfect touch! It is in a wonderful location; close to everything. I highly recommend this bed & breakfast!

This was a fantastic stop on our road trip from Arizona to Washington on the PCH! Such a beautiful little B&B in the best beach town! We booked the sunset room and it was amazing! The staff were superb and we even had an amazing in room massage! I would come back here in a heartbeat!

The decor and furnishings are clearly a labor of love here. You can see the vision and care of this inn's creator everywhere including lush flower beds in front of the building. This is a really romantic getaway with the sparkling clean jetted tub and wine and cheese plates available in the afternoon. The town is charming too with locals fishing off the pier at sunset and teenagers daring each other to jump off the pier. Breakfast was beautifully presented and all the staff were super friendly. This place is a gem!

The Sunset B&B is delightful!
We were very happy with the Sunset B&B! The staff is friendly and hospitable, the food is wonderful, the place is immaculately clean with quaint decor and the added touches, such as fresh baked cookies in a bag tied to the door knob, really delighted us.

Super Cute & Comfy and Yummy Home Baked Cookies
This was the perfect weekend getaway spot for us. The service was amazing, they even baked fresh cookies and delivered them to your room nightly. The room was spacious with a refrigerator and your very own RO water supply! Now that's an amenity you don't get anywhere else I've stayed. So very clean and located in the heart of Cayucos! We will definitely be back. It was lovely!

The property was well maintained, The breakfasts were excellent. Unfortunately the property was doing some repairs at the time of your stay, so construction noise was an issue. I'm sure that without that construction event our stay would have been entirely satisfactory.

Lovely stay
This stay was for our honeymoon and it was lovely. Great town with a view of the pier and of Morro Rock. Only a small mixup in the room that was rented on the website and the one that was secured for us at the property. Which was sorted out at the property. All turned out great in the end.

This place is very nice! The room was classy and elegant. My wife and I stayed here for her birthday. The staff is absolutely amazing cheerful and accommodating. Great location walking distance to everything. The breakfast the next morning was really fantastic as well. This is now our go to spot staying in Cayucos.

Pleasant and quiet hotel. The only thing which would have improved the stay would have been a comfortable lounge chair on the balcony.. I would have enjoyed a couple of hours relaxing in the sun with a book, but the wooden chairs were not conducive to that.
