Yes, the resort was under months-long renovation, with a view to enhance guest experience in the long term. It hasn’t been easy for the teams too, as they have continued to brave the odds while they take care of guests. We are happy to let you know that the renovations are now complete and we have a gorgeous new pool, guestrooms, refurbished event spaces and 2 new restaurants. We were sorry to learn about the experience with transport, and as you rightly mentioned, this is part of our third-party services, We have noted your points regarding the Spa experience, though, and have addressed this directly with the teams. We would like to welcome you back for a much more elevated experience the next time. With our new spaces and engaged teams, we hope we will be able to offer an authentic St. Regis experience.
