« The location was safe and secure, while also being easy to find and located with convenient access to sites of interest, restaurants, and shopping. The studio apartment was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and provided everything we needed for a completely relaxing stay. The hosts could not have been more cordial or helpful, always available and responsive but never intrusive. « This is a very cozy, well-appointed "apartment." The location is great for walking to most downtown restaurants, the museum, and the main square. Groceries were not a problem, as there is a Walmart in the middle of downtown. We never had any communication with the owner(s), but did not need to. The instructions for entry and checkout were very clear, and their contact information was provided. We expected a multi-story building, but this is many units on one level; each with its own parking...

« The location and size were exactly what we were looking for. We were traveling with another couple and the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was perfect. We were not planning to do any cooking and wanted to be able to walk to restaurants. This location was perfect, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, just steps from the door. The decor was exquisite. « This was the PERFECT spot for our mother/daughter weekend in Fayetteville! The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and super clean, and it had every amenity you could possibly need. I appreciated the bottle of wine that greeted me when we arrived, and my daughter absolutely loved the swan towel animals left on the bed. The view of Dickson Street and downtown Fayetteville was incredible. If we'd been able to stay longer, or the weather had been warmer, it would have been great to sit on the balcony...
