Guests have private use of the entire townhouse during their stay. Street parking is available near the property; guests should observe posted parking signs and restrictions.

The Bourdain is located just a few blocks from Bentonville’s Historic District and approximately a five-minute walk from the Downtown Square. Restaurants, coffee shops, local shopping, parks, and community events are all conveniently accessible from the property.



Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary, Compton Gardens, the Walmart Museum, and Bentonville’s biking and greenway trails are also within easy reach.



Getting Around:

This downtown location is highly walkable, with the Bentonville Square, restaurants, shops, and parks only a few blocks away. Bicycles are another convenient way to explore downtown and connect with Bentonville’s trail network.



Street parking is available near the property. A vehicle is helpful for reaching attractions and communities beyond central Bentonville.
