« Very clean, quiet, friendly helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Spacious room. Comfortable beds room fits three people. Excellent air conditioning. Excellent bathroom with clean towels and adorable packets of toothbrush and other toiletries. Many restaurants in close walking distance. AMAZING VIEW from outdoor terrace and bedroom windows of St Francis Bascillica and countryside. Assisi churches and attractions are all walking distances. 5 stars for everything. »

Breakfast is a pleasant dining experience. The hostess is kind and attentive. The décor is cool and modern and fresh. There was whqr appearwd to be a repaored leak which left a mark in our room. Great rain shower! Walkable to everywhere in Assisi. Picturesque. I want to return already.

Angela the owner is a fantastic host. She happily called for dinner reservations on our velar, and even arranged for parking to minimize walking for my elderly father. This is a huge deal inside the city walls. Grazie!
