Just minutes to shopping, casinos, international airport, museums and restaurants.

There are so many things to love when it comes to this condo and the surrounding community. This highly sought after 2 master suite and 2 bathroom home is tucked away in a quiet community away from the noise, and yet only 13 minutes from Downtown Palm Springs and 10 minutes from the airport. Enjoy easy access to shopping, casinos, museums and restaurants all within minutes from the home.

The community itself is unmatched, especially when you make the most of your vacation and utilize the fabulous communal amenities. The Desert Princess Resort has 34 swimming pools, 8 tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a fitness center available for guest use. While cooking can feel like a chore, let alone while on vacation, our home is equipped with the basic necessities to eliminate the hassle of it all. We have even included a cute coffee bar to help get your morning started off on the right foot. Utilize the outdoor dining area to enjoy a meal as a family, or the countertop seating available in the kitchen. After a day of exploration and fun, cozy up on the couch and utilize the Smart TV for family movie night.

Located in a quiet Cathedral City community you are centrally located 10 minutes from Palm Spring Airport and downtown Palm Springs, and 20 minutes away from Palm Desert restaurants and shopping.

Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.

Breakdown of taxes paid for with your reservation:
12% Transient occupancy tax for Cathedral City plus
1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District

GOOD NEIGHBOR TIPS FOR VACATION RENTERS:

TRASH
All trash must be properly stored in trash containers.

PARKING
Vehicles cannot block driveways or sidewalks. Also, parking in front of any mailbox is prohibited.

NOISE
Whether day or night, an appropriate noise level should be maintained for a residential neighborhood. No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments, or other devices that produces or reproduces sound is allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day, as per Cathedral City ordinance. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the STVR property line at all times. Noise complaints will be taken very seriously and your booking will end earlier if needed.

The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. is prohibited.

Please be respectful of the house and our neighbors all the time. Short-term vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Our neighbors on either side are full-time residents.

LOCAL ORDINANCE:

Pursuant to CCMC 5.96.050.F, prior to occupancy, operators/hosts of Short Term Rentals in Cathedral City are required by law to provide the vacation rental regulations to the responsible renter; and gather additional information as described below:

-Name, address, and copy of a valid government identification of the responsible person;
-Require the responsible person to execute a formal acknowledgment of the regulations;
-As the person who booked the property, you are the person responsible for ensuring all guests comply with the house rules and City rules and you must be present at all times during the reservation;

This information shall be maintained by the owner or the owner’s authorized agent for 3 years and be readily available upon request of any officer of the city responsible for enforcement of the STVR regulations.

The main guest responsible for the group *must* be 25 years old or older, as per Cathedral City ordinance.
Cathedral City House Rules

By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined on Air Concierge's website under Guest Terms as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the Airbnb Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Definitions: 

"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and at least 3 previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
- Host requires a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- Guests might be greeted by our staff for check-in
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Guest won't be able to set the AC thermostat below 72F
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- This is NOT a party house. No parties on premises, absolutely no music outdoors at any time of the day, no fireworks or sparklers. Noise complaints will be taken very seriously and your booking will end earlier if needed.
- No indoor smoking or vaping allowed. No drones, no outdoor fires.
- Absolutely no illegal drugs of any kind on premises.
- Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms.
- Please be respectful of our neighbors and refrain from loud noises.
- When checking out please make sure all doors and windows are shut and locked.
- Please be respectful to all of the furniture and accessories, everything in the house is very special to us.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow.
