In addition to the vineyard of 31 hectares, there is a fascinating cellar where wine is produced, with an elegant tasting room which can both be reached via a long underground passage-way from the villa.
The villa has an elongated shape and its most panoramic side looks out over the spectacular landscape of Calanchi, (rocky inland promontories), a natural phenomenon created by deep scarring landslides that are caused by the erosive action of water over hundreds of years.
The  main villa offers 7 bedrooms and its maximum number of occupants is 14 pax, to ensure the comfort of guests. The property also comprises 4 double rooms in a Cottage and 1 double room in the Torretta.
The Villa may be booked with 7 bedrooms or with 12.

The bedrooms are luxuriously decorated, with an individual style for each room, each with a telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV and mosquito nets in front of the windows. The bathrooms are finished to a high standard. All the bedrooms have mosquito nets.

Three adjoining elegant sitting rooms face onto an enormous living room which enjoys spectacularly large windows.
The large sitting room features a fireplace, a plasma screen TV and an access to the swimming pool.
In harmony with the living room and the small kitchen there is a spacious pergola which holds a table for 12 and an outdoor living space.
The property also features a Gym (complete with all necessary instruments) and two massage rooms.

Over the past 35 years, domain owners have been collecting works by key artists from the contemporary world scene such as Anish Kapoor, Banksy and Mitoraj. They are strategically spread among the suspended garden with geometric-shaped hedges, rose bushes, lemon trees and cypresses in a game of hide and seek of the unique sculpture garden of the region. They have also dedicated a special secret garden to their close friend, the British travel writer and conservationist Mark Shand, with sculptures from his Elephant Family Association such as toucans, gorillas and crocodiles. Without a doubt, a memorable scenery where nature, art and love for beauty walk hand in hand.
Guests will enjoy the large, swimming pool (heatable), that looks out onto the panoramic garden and is protected by glass door that can be partially opened.
In harmony with the swimming pool there is a large pergola âLa Limonaiaâ that can be equipped for lunch or dinner purposes.
