« Compact room, but with everything you get in a larger hotel room, and well set out. Good security lighting outside, and quiet location, behind the pub. Very clean and newly renovated. My only mention would be that it was hard to find where to check in… had to go to the public bar. Maybe a bit more signage would help. Overall, would stay here again as it is a bit more modern and cleaner than some of the other options I’ve stayed at in Cardwell. Perfect for breaking up a long drive north. »

« Warm welcome. Amazing setting with a river at their door step. Falling asleep to the sound of that river was magical. Fantastic conversations with both Peter and Steve. Great guys with amazing stories and great travel tips for my future camping spots in the Kimberley region. Yummy eggs on toast for breakfast and even better, a pea & ham soup that Peter gifted me for my journey. Peter that soup was a party in my mouth, so so delicious. I can't thank you enough. I will definitely be back. »
