« There was a crack in the door; it looked like somebody kicked it or something. They didn't change the sheets, and there was leftover food in the drawers. It was like nobody cleaned up before we even went into the room, or if people did clean before we went into the room, they didn't do a very good job. »

« On arrival we learned that our 2 rooms were not together and most importantly the hotel had no elevator! I never thought a hotel with more than 1 floor would not have an elevator! My husband and I are both 75 and he uses a cane. Thank heaven we were traveling with family that could help carry our stuff up the stairs! « Our room smelled very musty, like it had flooded and then dried. We kicked up the air but it never really improved. The front desk couldn't move us because their wasn't an equal room available, so he advised that we leave the hallway door open, which we did. It never got better the 2 days we spent there unfortunately. Everything else was as expected. »
