This hotel is very quite, rooms are of good size.. Staff are very friendly, the breakfast is mainly carbs,one fruit, yogurt … it was okay. The negative thing I noticed in our room is that it needs more cleaning… carpets sure needs to be shampooed & furniture needs wiping … But overall it was okay

The staff was not helpful at all. In the morning the breakfast was COMPLETELY out of food and cups, so I stood at the counter as the person on staff was talking on his personal cell phone in the back. I was there for the eclipse, so Monday morning I told the kids we couldn't swim, as it was open and unlocked. That evening my kids wanted to go for a swim and the lights were shut off and the doors locked. I called down the the staff and was told, "The pool is only open on Fridays and Saturdays". Talk about crushed. The ONLY reason I booked this one was because of the pool. Other issues. I was in a suite, the couch had a different cable service than the main bedroom. Only one channel (ABC) worked in the room. The phone didn't function in the room either, so if I called the front desk it had to be from my cell phone. The only saving grace was the bed was decently comfortable, which I guess is all you can expect. Except the rates were MUCH higher for the eclipse than they are any other Monday.

The bed was comfortable. Both the sink and tub sink drained extremely slowly. The bathtub facets were loose and moved at least 2 inches. The breakfast had almost nothing. When we asked about getting some yoghurt, she only brought out 4 which were gone in 20 seconds.

Holy experience was horrible. Everything in our room was dirty. Nasty couldn’t take a bath because the bedroom was dirty. Half of the light fixtures. Didn’t work in the room like the froze today. Heat was not working the more we turned it up the cold you got. Took money off my debit card for unnecessary stuff didn’t on the agreement as priced on Expedia recommend.

My name is Chance Roberts we recently got a room from January 19 to the 21st and when I went to complain about the roaches the reception guy was asleep in the couch in the lobby and when I woke him up he had an attitude and when I showed him pictures he said “what do you want me to do about it” then proceeded to say if I brought a plate of breakfast to my room I’d be charged the 100 fee. They also walked in our room when I had the do not disturb sign on the door. The men downstairs at the desk didn’t do anything to help with roaches and talked to me like I was a nobody

It was half clean… the bed and floor were clean , but had hair throughout the bathroom, the tub had quite a bit of build up, and it appeared as if the bottom of the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Also… as soon as we turned the lights out to go to sleep, roaches started crawling out..

Worst 1st family vacation stay
The room was smaller then what was in the pictures, the rating on hotels.com is way off compared to google. Pets are not allowed though it says they allow on their website and hotels.com. The quality of the beds were terrible, some had large brown stains, the pullout bed from couch had no sheets and one of the beds we had was broken so it sunken in on one side. We found a large roach in our room and they did nothing for it. Also had to fight teeth and nails to use the pool and was told by the hotel staff to do the f*ck we want after telling them we are giving them a bad review for how they treated us. Staff was not friendly. We have their behaviour on video! The elevator was heavily outdated and some of the buttons were not operational. The carpet in hallways were dirty and tears and holes throughout in some areas. Also found the wrapped condom in the night stand drawer. Tv was outdated, seemed more like a computer monitor. The toilet in our suit was lower than an apartment size, and the sink was outside of the bathroom along with the light for the bathroom. We will NEVER RECCOMEND OR STAY in this brand of hotel again.

Stay away from here at all costs if possible. There are better hotels that are not that much more.The bed had a very deep impression in it and had disgusting stains all over the mattress.There was trash left behind the nightstand that had probably been there for a very long time.The coffee pot had a used coffee pod that had mold growing all over it.The toilet did not flush properly and had brown marks on the sides.The complimentary toiletries were half empty.The housekeeping here is terrible.It is like all they do is come through and replace the towels.I am not even sure if they replace the bedsheets.The internet is terrible too.This place costs way too much for the poor service(really, lackof) that they provide.There was a guest telling the manager that there were a lot of roaches in the hotel.Instead of paying for a proper treatment, they resort to using glue traps behind the TV.I will never stay here again and will advise everyone else to not stay here today.

Bathroom needs updated, breakfast was not like advertised on the website. Refrigerator didn’t work, small tv with poor selection & was lines flashing across the screen when trying to watch it. Worst stay ever
No one was at the desk. I had to wait 15 mins to see some. They charged my card twice because there machine didnt work correctly. The bathroom was roach infested. the rest of the room had many roach traps. One light didn't work. Cigarette burns on bed sheets. No lights in the pool area i swam in the dark. Next morning i woke up with bug bites throughout my body. No breakfast or coffee was made during the time they listed. These were the amenities that were listed when I choose this hotel. Name of the hotel is called quality hotel. Guess it stands for no quality or poor quality. Never again though

For the price, this isn't a horrible deal. There is a feeling that the bare minimum is being met across the board. My TV did not work, the breakfast was deficient in quality and I had a pair of airpods stolen out of my room by what I assume was staff. A 5-star hotel can have a staff member causing trouble, so I don't blame the hotel. The real issue is the lackluster response.

Worse Than a Third World Hotel
When we checked in there was a sign stating that the elevator was out. When asked if we could have a first floor room we were told no. The stairs we had to take smelled like a Mexican restaurant and were filthy. They also required an additional $100 deposit. I don’t know what they did with it because it wasn’t spent fixing the broken things in the room. When we went inside our room the only two things that worked were the toilet that flushed and the bed was horizontal. There were lights that didn’t work or were burnt out, the fridge was not cold, the tub had stains all over it, the chairs were broken, and the water tasted nasty and had a smell. The blankets on the bed had stains as did the floor. It was red. I am not sure if it was make up or blood. We were so tired that we went to bed almost immediately. I did call about an extra blanket. I was told that he was checking in someone and that he would check. After about a half hour I called and got no answer, so I made do with what we had. That was fine as the air conditioner/heater didn’t work either. Even the fan would not stay on. Bottom line, I have stayed in third world hotels that I would rate above this hotel.

The man that checked us in was very nice and polite but the condition of the room was not the greatest. It’s very outdated needs work the room smelled like old dirty carpet. The refrigerator was not working so we couldn’t use it. We saw a bug what it looked like to be a cockroach crawling on a door. The elevator was out of order so you have to use the stairs. You can tell the house keepers try their best in keeping it clean but they can only do so much.
