This property meeds to ne shut down! I booked for me amd mu family a stay a.d it was ABSOLUTELY the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced. The front desk clerk gave someone else our room key amd there were roaches No housekeepers, no extra towels. The wifi didn't work and there was water co.ing up from tbe gloor in the bathroom. The free breakfast was unsanitary. The hotel is u safe for everyone

I didn't read the reviews prior to booking this property, so that was my own fault. We stay in older hotels all the time, but this one was not just older but neglected. The place was falling apart, dirty, and the first floor smelled of ammonia. The guy at the front desk was polite and tried to help, but was on his phone the whole time. They advertised a continental breakfast but had dry toast or waffles but no butter or anything to put on them. If you're passing through the area, I recommend you look elsewhere.

AC not working at check in. Moverd to another room that was dirty. Left immediately. Another family was leaving at the same time for the same reasons. I have a ticket in for redress.

In all my years of travelling, this was HANDS DOWN the worst experience I've ever had. Shower did not work. Staff knew this when they rented me the room. A/C did not work. The room was HOT all night. Bathroom door was off the hinges. Staff unfriendly and sleeping on the job. Carpet looked like it was first installed in 1970. Dirty, dirty, dirty. When I asked for some kind of compensation for the room (on the basis of the shower not working), the general manager tried to blame ME because I checked in at 8.30PM. General manger of this facility is totally unprofessional.

I am all for "cheeper" hotels. When im traveling, i spend little time at the hotel anyway, and irs mostly just a place to sleep... but this was too much for me. 3 out of the 4 light switchs in the room did not work, My toilet paper roll was just a cardboard tube, The tv remote did not work, the small fridge in my room ran too cold, even on its lowest setting it froze my items, there was a pile of trash that was overflowing the can oitside of the middle door, ans ir stayed that way for the entirety of my stay, and if thats not enough, there was a apple core that someone has discarded on the hallway floor... i went to bed, left the folloring morning without noticing it, and spotted it again the following evening. Yes, it took 24 hours for it to be picked up.

Good hotel/motel to stay in on budget traveler.
I stay here several times before. It's a good motel/hotel. No major problems. Rooms clean. Even good security. No prostitute come to me yet which this is a plus It's a good motel/hotel for a budget traveler. I like it and I will book again in the future.

Not well maintained. Bathroom door no handle. The tub /shower was very slippery had to use a hand towel in bottom of tub to keep from slipping. The whole place had a odor that wasn’t pleasant.

Cockroaches all over the walls jacuzzi tubs dont get hot water just a big scam trash just laying in the hallways as well. Very gross recommended that no one ever stays their.

The lady checking us in was friendly the mattress was comfy. The entire hotel reeks of weed, bathroom was nasty got one half empty roll of toilet paper. The room has patches in the walls. Why have white towels and bedding if you can't bleach them so they are white and not stained? The outside doors were propped open so people could come and go. If I were Days Inn I would redo or close the entire place.

Yuck!
We were traveling w/a newborn + 3 sons, otw to STL for an overnite stay, when the check engine light appeared. It was close to midnite so we took the first exit w/hotels to be safe. Horrible choice. Roach motel. Bedding had stains & cigarette burns. Roaches were seen in bathroom + main area. I killed 2 in my home, once we returned.

Well they have bed bugs - flies - spiders - the AC made the bedding wet. So it’s dehumidifying function doesn’t work. The toilet did not flush I was a little scared of the shower. I was planning to stay for two nights. Just stayed 1 night and left in the morning. I would never stay there agsin. Financially I got cheated given the condition of the facility

The rooms were absolutely filthy. There was black greasy stains on the bed spreads and hair all over. Not even a door knob on the bathroom door just a hole where one should be

DO NOT BOOK!!! Worst hotel I’ve ever set foot in. Supposedly being “remodeled”. No hot water in entire building on arrival.’ Most rooms appeared to be permanent residences for crackheads. Saw police circle the building twice before we even got to the front door. Lobby dirty. Stairways/hallways filthy, smelled like pot. Actual room was horrifying. Couldn’t see out the filthy window. Both beds had highly questionable stains on them. Holes in bathroom door leading to unfinished, disgusting bathroom. Entire room floor felt dirty and I still had my shoes on. I wouldn’t even put my luggage down! We walked out and met at least 5 other couples outside that were also leaving for the same reasons. The most respectable people I saw on the property were the ones that refused to stay and were leaving. Absolutely no “quality” at this Quality Inn! Wyndham needs to pull their name off this hotel. HUGE black eye!

Checked in to hotel. When we went up to room and it smelled like smoke, there was some kind of substance on the floor, half the lights didnt work. Went down and got a refund and while we were down there getting refund some other people brought down towels that looked fresh but had hair all over them. Place needs new management if they cant keep place clean or up kept.

A Motel that Needs Major Improvements
Definitely the worst motel I've ever stayed in. The room was not fully cleaned when I checked in, there was food left over in the refrigerator from the previous guest, the toilet was very old and dirty, and there were red stains all over the sink wall switch and one of the towels (I'm really hoping that that was ketchup or some type of sauce, not blood). I took the liberty of wiping down all the furniture with my cleansing towels. However, the front desk clerk (or could've been the manager) and the maid lady were very nice and friendly.

After paying for our stay through Expedia we got here and they charged more money and then when we got to our room there was no trash can the floors while newer looking didn’t even go all the way to the walls and the smell of 420 was enough to choke a person. When we got up the next morning our truck which was perfectly fine when we parked it had a huge dent from the fender through the door. When we reported it to the desk we were informed that there cameras don’t work and there was nothing they could do. We ended up calling for an officer who came out and said he wasn’t surprised. So our anniversary weekend was a bit of a let down that took a few hours of our time and then the staff was bleh. Oh and breakfast served is a joke. No where to sit nothing but waffle mix. No coffee. Very disappointing.

The hotel lobby and rooms are in great disaray. The rooms were falling apart and needed repairs done. It was very dirty everywhere. The pool was closed but they didnt state that on the website when we reserved our rooms. Its also in a pretty bad area. We reserved to rooms we had to switch rooms for the first room cause the toilet leaked on the floor and my daughter had to switch rooms because they open the dresser drawers and there was still other people clothes in the drawers. We also found food wrappers under the mattress, so they apparently dont clean the rooms very well.
