Superbe propriété avec un hôte exceptionnel
Logement bien équipé, propre dans une propriété calme et très agréable. Hôte à la fois discrèt,très aimable, très attentionné et de bons conseils. Très beau séjour avec un très bel accueil. Nous n'avions pas envie de repartir, tellement nous y étions bien. Nous le conseillons à tous. En espérant pouvoir y retourner un jour. Merci beaucoup Lacopo.

Very nice and calm place
The apartment is very nice and cosy. Everything is made with a lot of taste and still very useful. The Italian shower is amazing ! You can hang out with your children in the wide and green garden. It is easy to access, close to Pisa and yet very calm. My wife chose to taste their breakfast and it was a wonderful idea, it is so delicious and it was very pleasant to have it in the dinning room with the large windows. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Hospitality at its best
Wonderful little house with large garden. Great for trips to destinations in Tuscany by car or by train but also for a relaxing day at home. Iacopo will help you with tips about the area. He knows the best beaches, shops, sightseeing tips, parking spots and will help you whereever he can. Thank you!

Peaceful home
Peaceful home and great location for visiting Pisa and Lucca. A car is necessary and can be rented at the Pisa airport. The home is comfortable, safe, private, and easy parking. Amenities were useful and good and overall home was fantastic quality. The host is very kind, helpful, and available when needed and provided a delicious and fresh breakfast that you pay for additionally but is well worth it. The host helped us get dinner in town even though it was near midnight and that restaurant was great with big portions. Beware of mosquitoes but that’s part of the Italian experience so bring cream. Had a wonderful stay!

Ottima esperienza
Posizione un po' fuori mano dai centri come Pisa (a 15 minuti comunque di macchina ) ma ottimo posto. Siamo andati al lucca ed eravamo autonomuniti e apparte un po' di traffico per strada è stata un'ottima soluzione. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e il posto carino, ben curato e confortevole.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in dörflichen Umgebung. Bis Pisa sind es jedoch nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Kaffee und Tee ist vorhanden. Selbst an solche Dinge wie Mückenspray wurde vom Vermieter gedacht. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört eine Außenterrasse mit Sonnenschirm. Bei Bedarf sind Liegestühle vorhanden.Bereits vor Anreise netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Toller Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage
Wir verbrachten 10 Tage im Apartment Iacopo. Von Anfang an wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Wir erhielten zahlreiche Tipps für Strände, Park- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von der Wohnung aus waren Ausflüge nach Pisa, Volterra in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die wunderschöne Terrasse im Garten auf der wir die meisten Abende verbrachten. Iacopo und seine Familie sorgen dafür dass es den Gästen an nichts mangelt. Einfach eine tolle Ferienwohnung.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen.
Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist eine sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung ist modern und hell, das Bad hat eine schöne große Dusche. Bei Bedarf kann die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet werden. Es gibt eine kleine Ankleide mit Regalen und Kleiderstange, in der die Koffer gut verstaut werden können. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich bequem selbst versorgen kann. Das Casa Formichino hat eine separate Terasse, die mit Terassenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm, sowie zwei bequemen Stühlen zum Sonnen ausgestattet ist. Handtücher wurden ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt und sehr regelmäßig gewechselt. Das Grundstück hat einen schönen Obstbaumbestand und Rasen. Mario und seine Familie waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und es wurden gute Ausflugstipps gegeben. Mit dem Fahrrad konnte man gut nach Pisa radeln, ca. 9km. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, etwas abseits der Touristenströme in ländlicher Gegend. Jochen und Nicole

Preciosa casa y trato exquisito
Casa Formica es una hermosa propiedad familiar con un bonito jardín arbolado, perfecto para comenzar bien el día desayunando bajo el sol. Nuestra estancia de tres Dias ha sido un verdadero placer. A destacar la espléndida habitación -muy espaciosa, casi como un pequeño apartamento, acogedora y con todo lo necesario, incluida una pequeña nevera y un cuarto de baño con bañera muy agradable- el rico desayuno con bollería y mermelada casera, y de manera principal, la atención de la familia Formica. Enhorabuena por mantener una casa tan hermosa y espero que sigan durante largo tiempo acogiendo a sus huéspedes con la misma amabilidad que hemos recibido nosotros.

man fühlt sich einfach sau wohl
Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr freundlich,und haben uns einfach nur verwöhnt Wir.haben uns von Anfang an heimelig gefühlt.Das Zimmer das Bad einfach alles war sehr sauber.Frühstück grosse Auswahl und lecker.Die Umgebung hat viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.Im großen und ganzen wir waren mehr als zufrieden.

Un alloggio da fiaba
Mi sento fortunata nell'aver trovato un luogo così incantevole per trascorrere dei bei giorni di completo relax insieme al mio compagno. L'alloggio "formichino" dal vivo supera perfino l'ottima impressione che si ha vedendo le sue foto sul sito. Confortevole, esteticamente ricercato e armonioso, comodo, nuovo e pulitissimo. Sembra di entrare in una casa dove si è i primi a rinnovarla tanto è curata nella sua presentazione, e i proprietari seminano piccoli oggetti di uso comune che possono servire agli ospiti. Il contesto dove è inserita la casa è bellissimo e silenzioso, un parco verde con tanti alberi, un grande prato, e subito fuori l'alloggio è allestito con comode poltrone e tavoli, peccato che abbia fatto freddino e piovesse. Iacopo, il proprietario, è molto gentile e fornisce tante informazioni utili, si percepisce la passione che ha per questa attività, la cura da parte della sua famiglia verso queste strutture, il sano orgoglio di essere toscani e di riconoscere la bellezza della propria terra (tra l'altro sono toscana anche io, e approvo!). Ci tornerei di corsa!
