« The property and adjacent garden area were ideal for a weekend stay for a get together we my old school friends and their families. The property was well stocked with all the items you could need for a stay there e.g. pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery and having a dishwasher was a bonus. The beds were not luxurious (a basic folding metal frame), however, despite this they were surprisingly comfortable and I slept really well there. »

« Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. « A really lovely place in a lovely setting, parking is great. We had a few housekeeping issues and problems getting Ubers and taxis from the property. We did enjoy our stay, but if being honest, next time we would stay in Burford. If travelling by sat nav it will take you up a single track road, which is the turning past the property, we ended up through a gate in someone else’s house, a taxi driver did the same thing and had to reverse out on to the main road, we could hear him being beeped...
