Les + : - l’emplacement est parfait, dans le cœur historique mais un peu à l’écart du bruit - les chambres sont propres, très spacieuses, système d’air conditionnée silencieux - le personnel vraiment aux petits soins - zone jaccuzi agréable (mais sans vue), jolie piscine (mais très peu petite et à l’ombre toute la journée) Les - : - petit déjeuner, très acceptable, mais pas au niveau du reste de la prestation - la plupart des chambres donnent sur le patio, avec des clients susceptibles de passer sous vos fenêtres à tout moment

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Equipe agréable et structure au charme absolu. Demander une chambre avec accès direct sur le patio car les barreaux aux fenêtres peuvent être mal vécus.

Hôtel de charme dans une demeure coloniale
La propreté de la chambre ou de l'hôtel est irréprochable. Le ménage est même fait pendant que vous prenez votre petit-déjeuner. Ainsi, lorsque vous retournez dans votre chambre, tout est impeccable ; ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel à l'accueil est très serviable et compétent. L'hôtel est idéalement placé, au centre de la vieille ville de Carthagène des Indes.

Enjoyed our stay. You feel safe and can rest in a nice and cool room after a hot sightseeing day in Cartagena. The location is perfect and is inside the wall city. Highly recommend.

This hotel has two big Assets: Location and staff. The Location is excellence as it is in the exact Heart of the City and most of the Monuments are within walking distance. The staff is trully amazing! Everyone is very kind and helpful and obliging. They trully made our stay wonderful!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Quadrifolio. Very quiet and beautiful - perfect for us spending a few nights in Cartagena. Shout out to Fernando, an absolute legend there. The whole staff is 10/10. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel with amazing decor and feel.
What an amazing place. Conveniently located in the old walled city next to restaurants and plenty of bars and stores to shop, including some of the best coffee I had. The pool was small but felt so romantic surrounded by palm and nestled in the walls of the building, the top roof jacuzzi was also amazing and the service provided was top notch. John and team made an amazing breakfast, and the housekeeping staff was so fast and efficient.

This hotel is everything you desire when you’re coming to Columbia and have don’t know what to expect. It gives a beautiful old world luxe mixed with modern accommodations. It’s visually stunning at every turn, and it feels like you’re walking into someone’s home not a hotel (you can only get in through a Doorbell) staff is super friendly and knowledgeable (s/o to Luis !!) accommodating, and always there around the clock. It’s a hidden oasis compared to the outside, so don’t judge. And as a solo traveler, I always felt safe and looked after five stars deserved.

Highly recommend, well located, great service!
Service and food were incredible! Our room was beautiful and the hotel was very detail-oriented. They had little snacks for us each evening and the stay overall felt luxurious. The only strange thing was that our bathroom had an open vent in the ceiling that connected to the 2nd floor so there was constantly dust/debris from upstairs falling on parts of the bathroom countertop. Other than that strange part, everything was awesome!

From the moment we were greeted at the entry door the staff could not have been more attentive and kind. The room and common areas were gorgeous and clean. Breakfast every morning far exceeded expectations.

The rooms and common spaces were immaculate and charming. Staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. Daily breakfasts at the hotel were a highlight, as well as a glass of wine or mojito in the evenings. Highly, highly recommend this hotel.

Ideal location within easy walking distance from all the attractions of the Walled City plus neighboring Getsemani. Delicious, abundant breakfast. Overall superb. The team at Hotel Quadrifolio is superb. We were treated with reverence, felt like we family members. The historic fabric of Cartagena is evident in the decor. The meals snd beverages divine and a great value. Every employee greets every guest and added to our enjoyable stay.
