« What a wonderful find. We came to the area to check out the hot springs and do some hiking. We loved this home we felt safe and it was perfect for our dog. The creek in the back yard was great as well. This home is so well acquainted and so stylish. The bedding was so pretty and comfortable. The floors are concrete so I would recommend some slippers. The area is great for walking and close to hiking and Carson hot springs. Make sure to make a reservation to use the springs. »

« We loved our stay in Underwood! The house was super clean, kid friendly, and the kitchen was very well stocked! The kids enjoyed playing games from the game closet and sledding in the yard. The property is very private, but conveniently located just a few minutes from White Salmon and Hood River. The owners are communicative and accommodating. Absolutely recommend this home for a family getaway! We visit this area often and will definitely be staying here again! »

« My daughter and I stayed here while participated in the 2024 Columbia Gorge Marathon (her) and half (me). This was the perfect “home” to base from. Close to the event, but not right in the middle of it all. In fact the marathon course passed right by it. The location was very clean and stocked. The beds were also comfortable and well appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again. »

« This property was perfect for our party. We walked downtown for meals and the race. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of four but will accommodate more. The communication with host was great. Others have mentioned the temperature control issues. It must have been fixed because we had no issue. Doors and stairs were squeaky. »

« We loved this place!!! It was very clean and as listed. The place is beautiful! Lots of small and appreciated touches!!! The best bed and softest sheets!!!the shower was great as well! I will look to book here again when visiting in the future! The only con we had was the mini split unit. It was showing E7 which when we Googled said connection issues. We didn't reach out bc the temperature was fine to us. Still a 5 star, highly recommend!!! »

« Incredible location. Description does not give it enough justice. Home is older (this did not bother our group — we were there to hike and bike. The view from the deck is amazing. Decoration is very ecletic, this also was fine with our group. Kitchen very well stocked. Only issue we had was a dirty air fryer — I do not see this as the facult of property owner — a guest probably pused and placed back in cupboard. (Not cool). »
