No call or email about property code to get into house and spent an hour calling trying to figure it out. Then arrives on property and found that their was no bedding, no towels, no soap and had to run into town after hours and spend another 2 hours of time and spend over $200 on additional supplies and sleeping gear. We could have spent that on a bigger house with hot tub but was trying to set a budget. We have no way of knowing about what items we needed to bring. The owner said it’s on the VRBO website but I tried to explain we went through Expedia and there is nothing that stated to bring these items on the we will receive an email explain more detail about checking in that was never sent. I want a credit or reimbursed the money we spend on additional supplies, gas, and three hours waited from my trip dealing with this. Please call me and let me know how your going to help me. I travel a lot and if these is going to be how I’m treated then I will never use Expedia or VRBO ever again.
