Châteaux à Carrollton

« Jean room with cute farmhouse theme. »

« I was very clean, could eat off the elevater floor😁 »

« An outstanding place and excellent host. The prairie setting is absolutely sublime, and the house was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed, including fresh cookies! We wish we would have stayed longer. Kevin was very responsive to our messages and even gave us a tour of his incredible prairie and grounds. You won’t find another place like this: it’s a complete original. Looking for an excuse to come back again for a longer stay. »

« Very comfortable for our family. Well stocked with all the necessities and then some. Thank you! »

« My wife and I spent a relaxing weekend at this property. The walking trail was a 10/10 for our pups. Everything about this place was amazing and we could not recommend it enough. Kevin went out of his way to make our check in as easy as possible. »

« We loved this property! Our suite was enormous & had literally everything we could possibly need. We spent hours rocking on the balcony watching the boats or listening to live music from restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting the area. »

« My aunt and I stayed here while visiting a friend whose mom passed away. We really enjoyed the hospitality and the room. We loved it and both plan to come back with our husbands. Beautiful views all around and a great little restaurant up the block. »

« Wonderful hosts. You can see the love in all the little details. The property was beautiful. Lovely nature trails and a lake with paddle boat to use. We enjoyed the game room too. We hope to return in the future. »

« Everything was pretty good »

« First, the goat was awesome. They reached out to us giving us instructions for entering the property and made sure we knew he was always available to answer questions. They made communicating very easy. The property is clean, well appointed, and conveniently located. Plenty of hot water, beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels. We will definitely stay there again. »

« We were able to return to stay a few more days, and the cabin work perfectly for us. The kitchen has everything you need and all of the cookware was cleaned in great condition. The fridge, oven and dishwasher looked like they were brand new and everything worked exactly as expected. The bathroom has a tub which has a large "rain" type of shower head and there is plenty of hot water. The proximity to Beaver Dam is probably one of my favorite things about the house because my family loves to...

« we rented the entire house, so 2bath, 3 bedrooms. Positives: plenty of kitchen items between both units. Negatives: front bedroom really noisy with street cars and garbage pu, house very dirty, kitchen floor not mopped as I spilt water drops from cooler unloading and wiped with paper towel and came up dirty. No broom to sweep up crumbs, also why SO MANY dead flies when maid was just there? I picked up (with paper towel) 12 dead flies on floor and they kept appearing , Bathroom set up on front...

« The listing photos are older and don’t do justice to the actual room. The updates they’ve made are beautiful and not only meet practical needs, but also create a calm, serene atmosphere. The bed was honestly the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on!Outside, the full-size gas grill and grilling utensils were a great feature that we fully took advantage of during our stay. Because of the heat, we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. Communication with our host, Jacqi, was prompt, friendly,...

« Owner was so easy to work with and the location was perfect. Great house for our girls trip! »

« It was a wonderful conversion, how ever they have an extra large chair on the property and people just kept walking up, interrupting conversion on the deck attached. There is also ZERO SHADE on the deck. Hard to enjoy with heat and people constantly park right next to the place you're paying high$$$$ and zero privacy. The bed was so bad I slept in my vehicle!! Definitely upgrades and attention to detail lacking. Thumbs down 150%!!!! Will not revisit! »
