Fish & Dog Cottage is a riverfront beauty that is just minutes to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico featuring a private boat launch, dock, screened porch and stunning views! Fish & Dog is dog friendly (additional fee), so bring your whole crew!

Exterior of this home features private parking, outdoor grill, covered entertainment area/enclosed (screened) porch with flat screen TV. The private boat launch, dock and fish cleaning station make Fish & Dog perfect for the boaters and anglers in your party! The enclosed outdoor shower (hot/cold) makes it super convenient for rinsing off after a day on the Gulf! Relax on our super comfortable swing bed in the separate screened porch just off the kitchen/dining area.

The open living/dining/kitchen area features new renovations with a charming coastal vibe, flat screen smart TV, plenty of comfortable seating including an additional seating area alongside the dining space with impeccable sunrise or sunset views! The kitchen has new stainless appliances and everything needed to prepare coastal feasts.

Sleeping and bath accommodations at Fish & Dog include:

One primary bedroom with a king bed, smart TV and master bathroom featuring stand alone shower. One bunk bed and one queen size bed (sleeps 4) with smart TV. One king bedroom with smart TV. The king and bunk/full bedroom share the hall bathroom.

Fish & Dog Cottage is the primary location for anyone who loves to fish or hunt. Only minutes to the pristine Gulf of Mexico and for you dog running hunters.... just minutes to Tate's Hell State Forest and Apalachicola National Forest! Also being centrally located in Carrabelle, you are within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, shops, grocery outlet and more!

Apalachicola and St. George Island are just 30 minutes by car!

This house is perfect for families with dogs who love to fish! On the river with ramp and dock with cleaning table. Teenager fished off the dock all night! Watch out for low tide though…

Great house on the river

Had a great stay here. Property was clean and well thought out with lots of outdoor spaces. Boat ramp was convenient but a little tough for bigger boats. Around a 30 min idle out to the bay. Overall great experience!

Family vaca

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The ease of being able to take the boat in and out of water right at your house and not driving to a public boat landing. The house was beautiful. We took our dogs and they had plenty of yard to play fetch in. They loved swimming in the river. We did a lot of morning & afternoon fishing off the dock and caught many fish. One day we drove the boat to Dog Island and the next day we enjoyed the local beach. If we stay on the river again, we will definitely we staying at this house. Oh, and that screened in room with the bed swing is amazing! I would sit out there and read. I did have to message the people who rent it out and we received a reply back very quickly. 5 Stars!

Beautiful!

Our stay at this home was truly exceptional! The property is absolutely beautiful and perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. We brought our boat along and the dock made it incredibly convenient for us to tie up when we weren’t out exploring Dog Island. One of the highlights of our stay was the bed swing on the porch. It quickly became our favorite spot in the mornings for a peaceful start to the day, and in the evenings, it was the perfect place to watch the stunning sunsets. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a serene and picturesque vacation spot. We can't wait to return!

Quiet and Relaxing

Great location and beautiful home. Loved the screened in porch with bed swing that overlooks the river. My daughter and i spent lits of tine out there reading and enjoying the view while my husband fished from the dock.
