« The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly - they made a big difference between an average stay and a terrific stay. With separate large master bedroom, large lounge room, kitchen and large bathroom, the apartment (No 7) was very spacious, if anything, a bit too spacious (e.g. 20 metres between bed and WC, 6 metres between couch and TV), but this is not really a complaint - it is always better to be too spacious than insufficiently spacious. « Recommend to update the couches, they were well used and stained. Otherwise the stay was great. Note this resort is a bit far from the centre of town and requires a car or use of taxi to get around. »

« Nice new hotel, so everything was spot on, good location, my only gripe was that I checked in online to ‘save time’ in their words, but as typical in Slovakia check in was a long drawn out process where I had to show everything I had already put into online check in, so you basically wasted my time rather than saving any! »

« Bien en général hormis le fait que nous n avions pas de draps pour le lit canapé. Heureusement il y en avait dans le hall d entrée sinon ça aurait été compliqué de dormir directement sans draps ni housse de couette ni taies d oreiller. Sèche cheveux hors service. »
