Agréable séjour dans les Pouilles
Nous avons passé deux belles semaines dans les Pouilles. L'accueil est qualitatif et la maison agréable à vivre. De très belles villes sont à visiter, toutes à moins d'une heure de route, ce qui est un point positif. Ostuni est à 20 minutes seulement. La piscine est très grande et l'eau est parfaite. Seul point négatif, la musique des campings environnants le soir, mais ce n'est pas très gênant. Nous sommes revenus en France satisfaits de notre séjour. Merci Frederico!

Cosa abbiamo fatto noi di male per meritare quattro stelle invece di cinque stelle . . Specchiolla e’ un luogo di villeggiatura ed è normale che nelle vicinanze ci sia musica sino ad una certa ora mi pare .

GREAT HOLIDAYS IN PUGLIA
We had a great time in this beautiful part of bella Italia. Lots of nice places to visit, nice cities, castles, history, fantastic food and very kind and helpful people all around. The owner of this house, Federico and his lovely family are extremely kind and show great hospitality. They live around the corner, and are always available for you if you need them. They will give you good recommendations about beaches, cities to visit, restaurants,… you name it. We stayed there for 2 weeks and had a car rented for that time. This place is strategically located very well, you can reach many interesting places from there in short time. We did not manage to visit all we wanted, just too many interesting places. If you want to rest, beaches are within walking distance and it is very convenient to use the pool, which is great. The weekly market is about 100 meters from the house. For the other days you will always get fresh fruits, bread, pastries from one of the local shops, where you can have a chat too with the locals and learn a lot. The house is fully equipped, has everything you may need and is very comfy. We just loved it and will for sure return to this place 🇮🇹❤️

Vacanza rilassante!
Mi evidenziate i passaggi che ritenete inopportuni? Non mi pare di far riferimento ad altri siti e/o promozionando altre cose. C'era il passaggio sulle spiagge che citavo per nome e ho ora eliminato. C'è il passaggio su Ostuni e Polignano ma non credo siano inopportuni. Attendo vostro feedback, grazie Siamo appena rientrati da un soggiorno di 12 giorni in questa splendida località. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Un grazie ai proprietari per l’ospitalità e la disponibilità durante tutto il periodo. Apprezzatissimi i consigli di Federico su dove fare acquisti, cenare e far visita ai luoghi più belli della zona. La villa è divisa in tre appartamenti completamente indipendenti fra loro ed è immersa in un bel parco costituito da molte piante/alberi e da una bella piscina, tutto tenuto con molta cura. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi era comodo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Molto apprezzato il patio in cui si può pranzare e cenare tranquillamente, accarezzati dal vento che per fortuna non è mai mancato (eliminando l’afa insopportabile di quest’estate). La struttura è a due passi dalla spiaggia di Specchiolla e si possono facilmente visitare altre spiagge nelle vicinanze. Molto comode da raggiungere Ostuni e Brindisi. Con un po' più di strada (una 50.ina di chilometri che si possono fare tranquillamente) si raggiungono Alberobello e la magica Polignano a Mare (davvero eccezionale da vedere!) Consigliato!

Schöner Urlaub!
Wir waren mit der 5köpfigen Familie dort und haben schöne Ferien verbracht. Die Nähe zum Meer ist hervorragend, es war fußläufig gut zu erreichen. ->Unbedingt (!) sehr positiv erwähnen, muss man die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters, der uns auch viele Insider-Tipps geben konnte! Auch die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön, mit der Terasse auf der man schön sitzen und essen konnte und den Schlafzimmern die für uns perfekt waren. Auch der Pool war grandios, er ist sehr groß und wir hatten alle viel Spaß daran, mit den Toren Wasserball zu spielen etc. Den Stern Abzug bei "Lage" gibt es, da wir nicht darauf vorbereitet waren, dass dort Abends Parties bzw. Animation an mehreren Stellen in der Nähe stattfinden, was man alllabendlich hören konnte. Das hätte man erwarten können, hatten wir aber nicht:)

Piscina fantastica
Soggiorno ottimo e rilassante, piscina ben tenuta, utile dopo una giornata turistica e per il divertimento dei ragazzi. Proprietari assai gentili, prodighi di ottimi consigli per assaggiare le specialità locali e visitare posti caratteristici. Una casa semplice ma accogliente dotata di tutti quei piccoli accorgimenti per passare una vacanza senza pensieri.

Tutto perfetto
La casa è molto bella e curata con una piscina pulitissima utilizzabile da chi soggiorna. La posizione è tranquilla; in pochi minuti si può raggiungere anche a piedi il mare, in automobile in 5 minuti si arriva alla riserva di Torre Guaceto. Ostuni dista solo 16 km. Federico e la sua famiglia sono persone molto cortesi e puntuali, ci hanno saputo consigliare sui posti da visitare e in cui mangiare e hanno risposto ad ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliatissimo!

Toller Urlaub
Wir haben uns bei Federico und seiner Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Familienurlaub verbracht. Federico ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Die Ferienwohnung, der Garten und der Pool sind prima. Das Meer und und alles was man braucht ist fussläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung auf bestem Niveau
Wir haben sehr schöne zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. An erster Stelle ist uns wichtig zu erwähnen, dass die Familie T. sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist.. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen danke für ein sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes kleines Häuschen (all die Dinge die man zum kochen brauch.. Alles vorhanden). Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Neben Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse gab es genug Platz zum Essen und sogar noch Spielfläche für die Kinder. Die Pflanzen, der Pool, der allgemeine Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Möglichkeiten zum spazieren gehen oder Besorgungen für Dinge des alltäglichen Lebens waren fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Genauso wie der Weg zum Strand. Wir können euch diese kleine Anlage nur empfehlen!

Lovely property, not sure about the area
A lovely apartment, well stocked kitchen with everything we needed except for a kettle (used a saucepan) and a microwave (managed without). The beds were comfortable, we rented bed linen and towels and these were all clean and fresh. The air conditioning was Fantastic as we had exceptionally hot weather for our first week with temperatures reaching high thirties during the day, and mid twenties each night. The pool was beautiful, very clean and an excellent size and depth for both adults and children. We weren't allowed to use it during siesta, two pm until four thirty pm, which the children found very hard but we understood the reasons. Specchiolla itself is clearly a party town! There was loud music every night until midnight, and fireworks late at night as well. I think it was a special Italian holiday week while we were there. Possibly the British live on a different timetable to the Italians, with quiet time after lunch, and loud time until late at night? Local supermarkets were good, and local pizza and ice cream was excellent. The only real downside was all the litter....there really was rubbish everywhere. Although inside the boundaries of the apartment the grounds were beautiful and spotless, as soon as we stepped out of the gate, there was broken glass, tins, plastic bottles....and lots of it. Such a shame. The beaches too were very dirty. We didn't see any other English people the whole time we were there but the town is clearly a tourist destination for native Italians who possibly have different expectations. Federico was very good at leaving us to ourselves, but when we needed help on our last day as my husband fell ill, he really could not have been kinder or more helpful. Big big thank you once again! To summarise, beautiful apartment, fantastic pool and the negatives are not things that the owner can control, and possibly caused by different cultural expectations!
