Saltwater Shores, A Beachfront Retreat

Summary:
This beachfront spacious duplex is located 3 blocks from the boardwalk and walking distance to the marina. This home features 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, hardwood floors, custom tiled baths/showers, and a master Jacuzzi. The ocean facing living area provides breathtaking views and plenty of space to comfortably host all of your guests. Additionally, for your convenience, there is an elevator and a private beach access.

The Space:
This is a duplex. This unit is completely separate and private from the lower unit and is half the 2nd and the whole 3rd floor

The Neighborhood:
Ocean front duplex with shared private beach access with other unit. Close to everything, yet in a residential area that is mix of full time residents and vacationers.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo for 3 cars in tandem

-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
