Nous avons surnommĆ© notre Condo "Chillaxing" en raison de la sensation de froid sur le pont avant, relaxant avec une boisson fraĆ®che au bord de l'ocĆ©an. Ce condo a Ć©tĆ© entiĆØrement rĆ©novĆ© qui comprend des quartiers spacieux et a assez de place pour 7 personnes. Chacune des 2 chambres ont Ć©tĆ© dĆ©corĆ©es avec le confort et la classe Ć  l'esprit. Chaque chambre dispose d'une terrasse, avec le maĆ®tre face Ć  l'ocĆ©an et le pont de chambre d'amis ayant une vue sur le canal. Le condo dispose d'une tĆ©lĆ©vision Ć  Ć©cran plat dans chaque chambre (Netflix inclus) et d'appareils Ć©lectromĆ©nagers et de bois franc rĆ©cemment mis Ć  jour.

Non seulement vous serez face Ć  la plage, mais pour les moments oĆ¹ son juste trop chaud pour ĆŖtre sur la plage, vous pourrez vous rafraĆ®chir dans la piscine.

La promenade Carolina Beach est Ơ seulement quelques minutes de marche encore assez loin pour que les seuls sons que vous entendez la nuit sont les vagues de l'ocƩan.

Si vous aimez la musique, vous trouverez des restaurants / bars avec de la musique live Ć  quelques pas.

Arrangements and communication with the host is thorough and simple. Well laid out and organized check in process. Everything is very clear. We were in C1 just above the cars and found that helpful with a nearly 4 yr old. Nice view of the pool and the skyline. It was easy enough to go up the stairs if we wanted to take beach/ wave pics. Loved the covered porch but the seats were a bit sagging. We just threw an extra pillow on the seat if we needed to. The lights were a very nice touch. It felt private enough and if the neighbor was out having coffee or relaxing a simple hello was good and everyone kind of kept to themselves but stayed cordial. Bedrooms were very clean and comfy. The front room facing the street had the large bed with bunk up top. Our grandson loved that. Queen bed facing the porch and ocean was spectacular. Clean bathrooms and enough toilet paper but we brought an extra 2 rolls which we dipped into for the last day. Just make a note about that for yourselves. Nice and roomy seating in living room and plenty of space at the dining table. Kitchen is small but has what you need to make it work. Only a challenge when someone was cooking and someone else wanted to go into the fridge. No big deal. Fabulous pots and pans which I now know I have to buy for myself. lol. Silent microwave which is fabulous but the light doesnā€™t work over the stove. Minor inconvenience since we didnā€™t want to always put on the overhead light in the kitchen. Easy code change. Luvā€™d it!

The property was well kept and is an older style beach condo with good updates. The beds were great and communication with the owner went well. The only problem we encountered was the TV's in the bedroom.

Great location and nice place. Right on the beach and walking distance from boardwalk. Beds were super comfortable, place was clean and had everything we could think of in the kitchen. We will certainly be staying there again.

Lovely view, great distance from the beach, great location. Bathrooms could use an updating. The dowers were we ran out of toilet paper and had to share between two bathrooms. The rolls left were half gone and a half of a roll of papertowels. Also a mouse trap was left visible in the lazy Susan with a reese cup. Which was alarming. I appreciate that the owner allowed us to check In early. That was very kind. Our check out morning we went to the beach until 10:30 am and came back to quickly change and leave . Unfortunately the automatic key system locked us out a half hour early. It would not take my new code or the original code. My husband had to make friends with our neighbors to the left to climb over the balconies to ours to unlock the door so we could get our belongings.

When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned, the fire alarmed beeped the entire time we were there. We notified the owner he did send someone to clean, however did not do anything about the fire alarm. He stated that the fire department would have to come and reset it. No one came and the owner ignored our messages and phone calls. Would not recommend staying here.

The condo was in a perfect location for pool, beach and restaurant access. Our bed was comfortable, the furniture clean and well maintained just like the listing showed. We brought our own beach gear but it was provided if people are looking for that. The large deck was great for our kids and the bedroom slept them comfortably.

Loved the property. My only complaint would be that if you stay during the busy season is the parking. You might have to move your car or ask someone to move theirs because 3 cars park in a slip.

OUR PLACE WAS NICE, AS IT WAS DESCRIBED. BUT WE HAD A MAJOR PROBLEM, THE PEOPLE ABOVE US HAD A TWO YEAR OLD. THEY LET THIS CHILD RUN BACK & FORTH ACROSS THE FLOOR. THIS WENT ON FROM 7 AM TO 9PM. WE TRIED TO TALK TO NICELY ASKING TO STOP. WE CALLED OUR OWNER WHO TRIED TO CONTACT THEIR MANGER FOR HELP, NONE GIVEN. WE LEFT A DAY EARLY.

We flew in during a tropical storm and were unable to physically access our unit. The police had closed the bridge due to terrible flooding. Jorge was very communicative and rebated our cost when we realized we would not be able to access the property or the beach/boardwalk. He was a pleasure to deal with and we definitely would book with him again!

We had a wonderful week here! This was a perfect location for us - within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the unit was exceptionally clean. The owners were very responsive and awesome to work with! We had a great time for our family vacation! I appreciated the easy communication with emails prior to stay that gave us the parking and check-in info ahead of time, and host was quick to respond to questions. The property was as pictured and clean on our arrival. I loved the large porch and the sunrise was just breathtaking to see from our view! Our kids LOVED the "upgraded" bunk beds (ha!) and all the beds were very comfortable! Location was great! Right next to beach access made it so easy to get 3 littles and all the beach gear set up, and if we did forget anything we could just pop back up to the condo! Several restaurants very quick walk, and boardwalk was quick walk and lots of entertainment for all ages. We also enjoyed the aquarium, battleship in Wilmington, and ferry. Would love to stay again!

Great Location, Wonderful Host! Pros: Location! Spacious! Porch! The view! The pool! the additional pull out sleepers in the living room. Clean! Very short walk to beach. Supplied linens and bath towels/wash rags. Nicely stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Cons: not many. The Parking is terrible . There are plenty of spaces , however. 3 cars to a bay means someone is always blocked in. We were out 3 different times and called to move our vehicle. Makes it frustrating and hard to enjoy the area when u are afraid to go far because of this. I feel had someone mentioned this in a review , i probably would have done a different rental. We had a great week in spite of it. But would have liked to be made aware of that aspect. If you are traveling with only one vehicle, by all means, this place has it all and is perfect! The host was wonderful and did check in with us. The porch is great but would definitely benefit with a tall table and chairs for outside dining. Overall it is a solid 4 star place to stay.
