The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book and be present for the duration of the stay.

No Smoking:
For the comfort and safety of all guests, this is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or any other smoking devices are not permitted anywhere inside the home or on the balconies.

Seasonal Pool and Hot Tub:

Parking:
Two designated, covered parking spaces are included; an EV charger is also available on site.

Elevator:
The building offers both stair and elevator access. Elevator service may be subject to occasional interruptions due to maintenance.

Golf Carts:
This community does not have a designated golf cart charging station. If you rent a golf cart during your stay, you’ll need to arrange charging elsewhere on the island.
