Very nice value everything was as advertised. Six beach chairs were provided and some boogie boards and umbrella which we did not use. Very short walk to the beach. Beds were fine and showers were very good with strong pressure and. Good TV in living room and master bedroom but could use a little instruction. Kitchen is well stocked but could use a large frying pan and or griddle.

Perfect location, beautiful view from the private balcony! Close to many restaurants & a nice area for walks. Elevator came in handy for arrival & departure days. Furniture could be a little more comfortable, but my friend & I are 2 women in our 60’s with back issues, others might be ok with it. Couch was covered with some sort of blanket slip cover too, that made it feel heavy & hot for a beach house. We appreciated the supplies of toilet paper, dish & hand soap, kitchen towels & papertowels. We did not cook but the kitchen seemed well equipped. Owner was responsive to questions & we had no issues during our stay.

Perfect spring break getaway

Condo was located in a prime location with a convenient elevator and luggage carts. Wonderful Oceanside private deck. Felt like we stayed at a homey family place - with everything we needed. Perfect for a simple long weekend with my daughters. Walking distance to 2 restaurants. Loved visiting in March because there were no crowds and it was not too hot. The only thing preventing me from giving this 5 stars was the poor internet speeds/connection.

Just what we needed

We were visiting family a few blocks from this property for Thanksgiving. It was clean, comfortable, attractive, and well-equipped. The beach view is marvellous and it was a treat to go out directly to the beach for a sunrise walk everyday and to have coffee in the large and comfortable living room area with the ocean in view. There were no significant problems and Barbara was quick to respond helpfully. Highly recommended.

Condo was great. Right on beach. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable beds. Pool right there. Great location. Would stay here again. Only issue we had was internet access and wifi. Was very slow and areas would not work. Had folks staying at another condo near by and was the same so I guess its just the location.

Great location!

Loved it! Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Balcony captain chairs could use a paint job as the paint is wearing and comes off on your skin a bit. Water smells a bit and seems like it's hard water as it leaves spots. Water pressure is pretty low. Other than those small things, it is a wonderful place to stay. There are so many places close to eat and shop, there is also a cute little Tiki bar on the beach close by. We got married on this beautiful beach!! All the people are so nice in this area. Oh and this condo has so many things extra for you to enjoy!! It's great to wake up to an ocean view every morning of your stay. Thank you!!

Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was updated and clean. Everything we needed was available in the condo. The beds were made for us ahead of arrival, which was nice. Perfect location with the beach and pool. Would definitely recommend.

Great value

Nice location right on the beach with great views. The only downside was the sulfur smell in the sink and bath water which would go away after running water for a few minutes. Otherwise a great value for the price! I recommend!

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I spend a week at Carolina Beach every year over our anniversary in April. We have always stayed in different units, but always at Sea Colony. We loved this particular unit as it was on the second floor, but had an elevator so we did not have to carry our belongings up the stairs at check in or check out. The unit offered a beautiful view of the ocean, it was clean, and well stocked with essentials. Check in and out was super easy and communication with the owner was always prompt. We loved this unit so much that we have already booked our stay for 2025.

Being just me, it was very relaxing

I had a great time. The accommodations were good. The view was wonderful. The only thing I couldn’t figure out completely was the TV (lol). The master bedroom TV would freeze for no apparent reason. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks so much.

Surf and sand

It was so lovely to have the beach often to myself as the winter does not entice others to be on the beach. The weather was lovely as well. The only "problem" we had was the constant construction noises. As it was winter, people were "sprucing" up their places for the season....but that was the only issue. It is a great location for walking on the beach, bike riding and just hanging out.
