Indulge in modern coastal luxury at this newly built, Wilmington Beach townhome. Boasting high-end finishes and decor plus a fenced backyard with an outdoor shower, this three-bedroom home offers prime access to beaches, dining, and attractions.

The bright, open-concept living area is well-appointed for comfortable group gatherings, and a breezy, furnished balcony is the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Relax after days of sun and fun while streaming shows on the smart TV on the main floor. The well-equipped, island kitchen showcases gorgeous countertops and a complete suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Modern essentials include central air-conditioning, complimentary internet access, and a private washer/dryer.

The upstairs primary suite includes an en suite bathroom, smart TV, and a private balcony.

THINGS TO KNOW
In the third bedroom, there are four beds total: a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom, a twin bed on the top, and a twin trundle bed. There is also a newly added twin bed.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Mackerel House

The house was very nice HOWEVER the sofa was AWFUL. It was so dirty it literally smelled. Fortunately our son lived in Carolina Beach so he could go home and get blankets and Frabreeze to cover it so we could use it. The TV remotes were not working properly at all. One guest could turn off their TV and another rooms TV would automatically go on. Minor as it may seem, the kitchen silverware was not good. We loved the neighborhood and the condo was sufficiently supplied. happened time and time again

Me, my wife, and 1 yr old son stayed in Mack 1 for our 3 year anniversary. We booked this listing under the impression a golf cart was included. The reviews mention multiple previous renters utilizing the golf cart and a picture of the golf cart was in the listing pictures when we booked. Upon arrival after picking up glass out of the driveway (it was offered to come clean up and I declined as I had already picked it up because I didn’t want my 1 yr old getting hurt) I inquired about golf cart keys/charging cable. I was told the golf cart wasn’t listed as an amenity for the home. Very disappointing and false advertisement in my opinion as the listing had a blatant picture of golf cart (deleted now), reviews stated previous renters utilized the golf cart, and the golf cart is on the property. We were not offered any compensation for this. Do not be confused by the other reviews, the golf cart IS NOT included with this property. The location is good about 5 blocks from the beach I believe. Decent fenced in area for pets. Outside shower does work. Like other reviews mention, there are a lot of scuffs on walls throughout the house and a coat of good paint would go a long way on this property. As we arrived, we followed the trash truck, evidently the cans for this property were not set out because both were full the entire stay. All furniture seemed ok with exception of the couch which was worn and had slight smell. I’d also recommend adding a grill to property and more pots/pans.

Minor maintenance needed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The golf cart was the best addition as you don't have to pay to park at the beach. The home is well decorated and modern. Pros-comfortable bed, golf cart, wonderful couch, tons of places to sleep. The bedding was very comfortable and pretty! Cons-this didn't affect us, but might some. The previous guests left dog poop in the back yard. There was trash on the side of the yard in several places. (in saying this, we don't know if it was from the wind or not). We could have used some blankets. The bedding is pretty but lightweight; most people like to sleep a little colder at night but we couldn't. There is one blanket on the couch. This suggestion didn't affect us-the entire inside is painted with flat paint. It is really getting scuffed easily and esp in the bathroom. If it is ever repainted, I suggest a possible eggshell paint to like classy but also can be cleaned (ESP in the bathroom which had a ton of streaks from the water). Gorgeous property!

Amazing Getaway

We were somewhat skeptical of this property due to the limited number of reviews but we had an amazing stay! The property was pristine and had more than enough space to accommodate everyone in our party of 9 (4 adults, 5 kiddos) and the location was close to everything we needed. To top things off, there is even a golf cart provided which seats 6; we were able to get to the beach, restaurants, and boardwalk in a flash.
