Discover a dream beach vacation on the North Carolina coast where you can watch dolphins play from the private balcony! During summer, fireworks are on display every Thursday night. This lovely condo is steps from the beach, and eight beach chairs are even provided for your convenience. You're also within walking distance to the coffee shop, tropical bar, and fishing pier. There's plenty to do nearby, just drive into town and find the local eateries, arts, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions. Take a dip in the outdoor pool and splash your cares away.
Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to the private balcony. Overlooking the pool, the spectacular view of the ocean is unbeatable, especially when you sip your coffee while watching the sun rise over the reflective sea. The living area invites you in on the comfortable furniture to take in a movie night on the large TV. Make memories together by eating home-cooked meals or playing board games around the formal dining table. Make yummy meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, with all the cupboard room you'll ever need. Booster seats are available for younger guests.
THINGS TO KNOW
PLEASE READ: The Homeowners Association requires that that mandatory service visits (including, but not limited to quarterly pest control visits and routine maintenance on the HVAC system) are allowed by tenants. Refusal to allow a technician in the unit will result in a $250 fine to the tenant.
Trash collection is on Mon & Thurs May-Oct and Mon only Nov-April, Blue containers are for recycling only; trash collection does not include appliances, furniture, beach chairs, etc. – these items need to be removed by owner or an outside service.
Each unit is assigned 2 parking spaces which are subject to change annually – parking passes must be displayed on the driver's side dash at all times to avoid towing
A parking diagram is posted at the bottom of both stairwells Separate parking for golf carts is Not provided – a golf cart should display one of the two parking passes at all times – charging for golf carts is not available on premises – charging needs to be arranged elsewhere
Traffic flow around the building is one way – entry is at the south end and exit is at the north end – entrance and exit signs are posted at the front of the building
Tenants are NOT allowed to have pets on premises
Grilling on decks is NOT allowed by state law
Use of facilities (including pool, beach access, parking) are for owners or tenants while staying at Reefs IV
This rental is located on floor 2.
Pool is open from mid-April to mid-October from dawn to dusk
If your home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
